Terms of Service

The short version. Run your gym on FitRaj, keep your data, and leave whenever you want. Cancel yourself from inside the app — no phone call, no cancellation fee. Your first paid month is refundable for 30 days. FitRaj is software for managing a gym; it is not medical or fitness advice.

1. Who you're contracting with

FitRaj is operated by PSTK Holdings LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using FitRaj, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use FitRaj

There are two kinds of user, and they're treated differently:

Gym operators — the gym, studio or trainer who holds the FitRaj account and invites others. You are our customer.
Members — people invited by a gym. Your relationship about training, fees and membership is with your gym, not with us. We provide the software the gym uses.

You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and you're responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Access today

FitRaj is in early access and we onboard gyms individually, so accounts are created by arrangement rather than by open sign-up. We may decline or withdraw access.

4. Your data is yours

You keep ownership of your gym's data and your members' records.
You can export your data at any time, including while leaving.
We don't sell it, and we don't share one gym's data with another.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you operate a gym, you're responsible for having the right to record what you record about your members, and for telling them how you use it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use FitRaj to:

Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights.
Upload malware, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Access another gym's data, or attempt to.
Resell or white-label FitRaj as your own product without our written agreement.

6. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are not yet live. Where a gym is using FitRaj without charge during early access, no fee is owed. When paid plans begin, we'll agree pricing with you before anything is charged, and the following applies:

Cancel any time, yourself, from inside the app. No phone call and no retention script. If in-app cancellation is ever unavailable, email us and we'll date it to the day you first asked.
No contracts and no cancellation fees.
You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't cut off service you've paid for.
Your first paid month is fully refundable for 30 days, no explanation needed.
After that, we don't refund partial months — but since you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period, you're never paying for time you didn't choose to buy.
We'll also refund you if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice for the same period, or if a failure on our side made the service unusable for a meaningful part of a period.

7. Availability

We work to keep FitRaj running and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we don't offer a guaranteed uptime commitment at this stage. We won't pretend otherwise: if you need a contractual service level, talk to us first.

8. Not medical or fitness advice

FitRaj records and displays training information. It does not provide medical, health or professional fitness advice, and nothing in it is a substitute for a qualified professional. Train within your limits, and get medical advice before starting or changing a training programme. Any AI-generated content in FitRaj is informational only and may be wrong.

9. Ending the relationship

You can stop using FitRaj and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law — we'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so. On closure you can export your data; afterwards it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

FitRaj is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data beyond what our backups hold, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we'll tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use FitRaj after that means you accept the update.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state.
